“The Medieval Tower” built in the year 1100 is part of an old Castle in the perfectly preserved village of Morruzze  between Todi and Orvieto. It underwent a fine restoration a few years ago the conserved the essentials characteristics and flavor of the original building. The 145 sqm dwelling is on four floors and includes an ancient walled courtyard. Permission would be needed to restore the walls of the ancient courtyard.
